Dental visits for kids are similar to adult checkups, but with a focus on making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. During your child’s appointment, we’ll examine their teeth, gums, and mouth for any signs of trouble. We may take dental x-rays to monitor their development, and we’ll gently clean their teeth to remove plaque and tartar. We often demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques, and we love to keep things lighthearted—sometimes with stories or jokes! We’ll also provide tips for parents on helping kids care for their teeth at home. If we spot any issues, we’ll discuss the best treatment options with you.
